Chantrelles

A friend offered us 8Kg of these yesterday. Only real mushroom fanatics collect mushrooms in this heat. We are now cleaning them ready for the freezer, but we won't finish tonight.

The basket is one of those we went to buy a few days ago. The wicker is split spruce root.
