Downtown Toronto

Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch break today. I walked over to my favorite store, Mountain Equipment CoOp (MEC). On the way there a 3 piece band was playing on one corner, on another a large pizza chain had set up a pop up stand handing out slices of their new pizza varieties. A few years ago not far from here i walked past the "Naked News " reporter working, and stripping, needless to say it was rather shocking. These city streets are alive in the summer. This shot is of Simcoe Street with a large pub patio, a lot of motorcycles parked and 2 very active dedicated cycling lanes. Toronto is getting alot of cycling lanes lately, it is fantastic! It was a great summer day in the city!
