Woof Woof!

Working in Edinburgh today with a busy day of meetings with consultants and contractors.

Then had to hotfoot it back for a doctors appointment at 5pm to see about my leg.

I fell off my adult scooter at the Skate Park on Saturday afternoon whilst down with L and her friend A. I think most of my skin is still stuck to the skate park....

Got antibiotics and a friendly lecture from my long term Doc who moves into his new surgery next week and himself is a little anxious.

We've been invited along to their open day a week on Saturday so we'll be there to support the new surgery opening.

Gym tonight. No legwork just upper body.....
