Where is the owner

I saw these on the beach but couldn't see anyone near them. Looked round and a crazy man was swimming in the sea! It's not exactly warm here yet - he must have been covered in goose bumps!

The roses are definitely looking flat - far too much rain but I expect summer will be along sometime soon.
