9.4 miles they cycled this morning along the old railway track - easily a personal best for the pair of them. Where will it all end?

For me it ended in a few pints of Sam Smith's finest and some pork&black pudding sausage casserole.

Later there was whippet walking, Amy Winehouse make up and long fake pink fingernails. I only indulged in the whippet walking.
