That's a bit better!

I posted this blip back in February and moaned about the state that the statue in Kingston market had fallen into and how long the council were taking to repair it.

The whole thing has been hidden away behind hoardings for the last few weeks and I was pleased to see that not only has the statue been cleaned up but also a new arm has been added.

My only slight criticism is that the new limb looks suspiciously like it's made from white plastic rather than Carrera marble - but I guess you can't have it all and at least one of the jackdaws doesn't seem to mind.
