Another exit

I always cheer for the underdog and after Portugal were so dismissive of Iceland in their earlier match I really did want to cheer them on in their match against England. However, with political chaos and financial instability I thought a win for England might just be the morale boost we need. It was not to be, and their manager bit the dust too.

I could find no better use for the Sports Pages than this, although I have learned to my regret that it does not pay to buy cheap nail polish.

Henley Royal Regatta starts tomorrow - just trying to decide whether to put something in my hair... in lieu of a hat... well beyond my comfort zone clothing wise.
