Squats!

Well if this quote is true then we made a good decision this morning! Down at CrossFit and on the board was a load of heavy back squats (4 sets of 5 at 80% of you 1 rep max) I'm starting to really enjoy some heavy weight on the bar for squats at the moment.

Got to test out my bar muscle ups in the final WOD too, all good!

Will be glad for our rest day tomorrow though!!
