Strathmore to the Sidlaws

En route to my clarinet lesson this morning, as ever, I admired the view over Strathmore. I used to drive past this every day to and from work, and this sight is one of the things I've missed since I've moved office.

This valley is between the Sidlaw Hills and the Highland Boundary fault. There isn't really anything spectacular about it, but I just love the colours, the openness that this fertile, agriculture-dominated landscape holds!

Visited some very good friends on my way home where I collected a scythe! I suspect that will be a blip subject very soon!
