Immature Broad-winged Hawk

This hawk has been visiting my yard all week. He has been in my Pine tree most of the time and I have seen him in my birdbath. You can see it here.
I got a little worried today when I seen him eating something. Got my camera and took a bunch of shots. I was so worried it might be one of my little songbirds. After going through all the shots, me and my family determined it was a Locust he was eating. Thank goodness.
