Thief, exposed

I've been wondering recently, who figured out how to get the fat balls feeder off the hook and on the ground, where you can steal the fat balls whole.

Mystery solved!

This crow has been marching up and down the wall for a while (if it could it would be whistling innocently) before a quick flight-hop to sit on top of the hook, where it grabbed the plastic open green flap on the top of the feeder and got it off the hook in two tries.

Clever beasts, corvids!

In  other news, no one in UK wants to deal with 'Brexit' and announce it officially to begin negotiations with EU. So it's all in the air for who knows how much longer.
