Baby glug

It was our book group meeting this evening. This baby glug jug served as a vase at the dinner table: see it in situ next to its big brother on Ridgeback13's blip for today.

For supper we worked our way through guacamole, Lochinver pies, salads (tomato and leaves, Mediterranean, turmeric rice and sultana), and summer pudding. Discussion of the book - Night rainbow by Claire King - was minimal. You can probably guess why...

Work-wise I spent most of the day tackling my email backlog. I made some progress, but not as much as I hoped.

Exercise today: morning running loops, sit-ups, stretches and weights - all without my trainer who has a back injury.
