The gift

Yesterday Heart Freek gave me a gift.....today I share with you the gift.  thank  you HF - hugs xx love it.

I was due to be in Lincoln today for work.  there was a change of plan at 6am.  Fine by me, I went to the office instead and caught up on my admin.  Hurrah!  I go to Lincoln on Wednesday instead.

A nice run after work but I do need to investigate the tightness in my legs when I run and why it happens.

England are now playing footie....Im not holding my breath!!
