Turtles

It is not normal to see here around in our Flemish canal landscape turtles that are sun bathing or whatever . Why then ? Because people had them once in a house aquarium . And after a while the animals bored them or got to big ,and the poor turtle like in this photo had to move out and lives now in and around a  canal. It is not at all a turtle habitat and this turtles are not made to live here in this climate or whatever . Shame to the people who do things alike that
