Sun setting

Shot this as I left work - slightly late, as the new electronic notes and activity-recording take significantly longer, even though I was already typing all my notes and letters. Grumble. I might have to reduce my number of patients seen by one a day. At the very least I need to adjust the timing ... actually that won't work, given that I was late leaving this evening, even with the bulk of the patients in the morning, and typed up over lunch. hmmmmph. Cutting a patient it is. ;)
