Waiting for a peanut.

Today was a hot and humid day. I took a short walk in the park in the afternoon but it did not last too long as the heat was too much. So after about a half hour I was back in. This redwing black bird waited patiently until I tossed a peanut to the ground. Tonight showers have moved in for some much needed rain
