I Knead You
A 'journal' type photo today I'm afraid. Spent the whole day on an artisan bread making course. All organic and using a slow fermentation method.
A wonderful, if exhausting day, surrounded by a great bunch of people.
It's a cooperative bakery and you could tell that everyone was really invested in it and it's been funded and supported by the local community.
Not sure what I'm going to do with all this bread (a baguette, white loaf, wholemeal loaf, fougasse and bread rolls - I gave the fruit and nut tea loaf to my neighbours)
Time to open some cheese and wine perhaps.....
