Sports day

Today was my first ever sports day. It was at nursery. We have been practising for weeks. I have been so excited. Counting the sleeps and everything.

I had a brilliant time. We had an egg & spoon race, an assault course (balancing a ring in my head, running in a circle, jumping over a bar then running back), then a horse race. I won the horse riding race, I had a funny run and everything!

Grandma and grandad were there to watch. I was so pleased to see them. We all got a medal, juice and a treat. It was a great day!

We had a funny moment that mummy wanted remember and record. This morning my sister made herself cereal, alas the milk was off so she disposed of them. I went to the toilet and shouted daddy in a panic. Daddy daddy, I peed Cheerios! Yes, she had put them down the toilet and I didn't notice before I went to the toilet. A moment that made mummy and daddy laugh. Grandma and grandad may have had a big giggle too. Oh the innocence, mummy says I should stay this way always!
