Busy day getting some housework done around the house and getting tidy from our decorating.  The new carpet it now laid.  I'm pleased with our progress with the room and look forward to my bedroom being re decorated in a few weeks and our new windows going in.  

I am also working through upgrading my professional membership with the CIPD and have spent some time going over my CV.  I need to submit my CV first in order to get the ball rolling to the next level of membership, once my CV has been approved there will be a series of questions that I must answer and of course pass.

I need to also consider another three continuous personal/professional development (CPD) areas that I must work towards in the next 12 months.  I have identified 1, just another 2 to look into.  

Anyway, here you have Chris helping slice the beans for dinner...my wrist decided that it was a tad painful to do such a repetitive task!

I have been wearing my wrist splint but finding it rather restrictive and I hate being restricted!
