Going with a bang!

This morning MaggieD and I went off to Perth. Maggie for a stroll round with Rona and myself to the annual model rail show. As ever, this was a superb show, much friendlier than the Glasgow event. And the quality of the layouts on display was very high indeed. Not much in the way of trains in the above shot but the display showed a civil war re-enactment happening at an old ruined castle next to the tracks. I thought it most impressive.
After driving home in the sun, we had lunch then popped over to Culross for a wander but it had become cooler and spots of rain were falling as we returned to the car. Back to normal weather!
