Before the Rain

Beck channelling Gene Kelly in Leicester. 20 minutes later we were sat in the Guildhall cafe watching it hammer down outside... We were there to see the Handlebards comically trashing Richard 3 in the timbered medieval splendour of the Guildhall's Great Hall and were making a day (well afternoon/evening) of it by also visiting the Cathedral, eating a burrito and buying a suit.It was a suitable tonic at least given the depressing news from elsewhere and the fact that those it most effects were in Sheffield and in a tent in Derbyshire respectively so we'd been left to our own devices for a change...
