Arthur's

We went across the Water to Leith market in a somewhat desultory fashion. Later on we went up to visit our friends who live by Holyrood Park and I did a demonstration of pizza dough making. Then we ate the resulting pizzas and drank some of J's mum's cherry vodka - delicious. Sat out on the park for a while with S, sipping wine and listening to the distant strains of Elton John doing a gig in Meadowbank Stadium.

When I first moved up to Edinburgh in 1993 D and I stayed in this very flat - I never tired of this view.
