Another day with sunshine - I don't know what has happened to the North East, but if it would like to continue that'd be just lovely, thank you! :-) 

A wonderful cycle ride taking in Blyth, Seaton Sluice, Cullercoats, Tynemouth, North Shields, The Newcastle Quayside, Longbenton, Wideopen (one of the best place names there is!), Seaton Burn and Cramlington - I love a good tour!

I am now back and enjoying a cuppa whilst I read the papers and browse blip, all whilst having half an eye (but both ears!) on ELO at Glastonbury. How absolutely phenomenal was Adele last night? I stayed up to watch her entire set, it was astounding and spine-tinglingly good!!
