The Green, Culross

Taken from the top of the Palace Gardens. The market stalls were just setting out on the Green, the swifts were wheeling and screaming for the sheer joy of it and we were strolling around with the bees buzzing busily by while the chickens chucked and clucked in the orchard. I didn't take Rona into that orchard as she may have frightened those chooks and put them off the lay!
We didn't stay for the market; perhaps we should have; but made our way home for lunch. Went out to do some work in the garden - the rain came on - we returned indoors! Just as well as we may have missed an important phone call as FD55 and Gourmets Gold invited us out for tea/coffee etc at the Coffee Shop. Many thanks, FD55 & GG!
