The Scenic Route

We booked flights on 15th May and received a confirmation e-mail with the details.

Three days before departure hubby went online to check some details. He could not retrieve any of the details. A phone call to the airline advised that the details we had been given were for flights that didn't exist?????

An irate hubby advised that our family holiday was about to crumble. We had accommodation, a hire car, gallery and concert tickets. The airline was baffled too and promised to call us back. We, and they agreed, had to get flights or the holiday would be a disaster.

A return phone call advised that they had managed to get us flights.

So we flew from Glasgow to Amsterdam.
Amsterdam to Paris.
Paris to Florence.

At least we got there.
