Trimming of the bougainvillea

Once the bougainvillea has finished blooming you need to cut them back. Oh my garden looks so spare now, but Grant reassures me they will grow back healthier than ever. Because the vines are so old they needed thinning out of dead wood too, so they really look rough. Will post a new blip when they grow back.
