The front of this kiosk states 'with the best promenade views in England'. On a really good day you can see the Lake District but it has to be a very clear day.

farage (noun)
The liquid found at the bottom of a waste bin or container. 
The bag for the food waste slipped and I got farage all over my slippers. 
Your neighbour should do something about his bins: they stink of farage. 


I can think of no other word that describes this other then bin juice, but that is two words and why hyphenate when you can have farage.
