'Lazy weekend'

Started to run again and felt pretty good. Ran 7 miles at the gym yesterday and another 7 at the park before KP's soccer game. We watched Seal Team Six - pretty amazing all that goes on as we go about our day to day lives. So much respect for those involved in keeping us safe and to their families as well.
