Our garden has an area that is overrun by Russian Comfrey.  (A Russian Count once lived in part of my house - long before I did).  Maybe just a coincidence.

Never been sure what Comfrey was but having identified it exactly I was surprised to read about its herbal and medicinal properties.  If you want to know more…  (No claims to its accuracy mind you)
