Fi day 2

After a well-deserved lie in I took Fi to Preston Manor to have a wander about. It's always really good to take people to places I'm familiar with because they always open my eyes to things I've never taken in before. I hadn't noticed the amazing chess set in the drawing room before or the comical door knockers for each bedroom upstairs. We went to Treacle for lunch and 2 types of cake and then it was time for her to head off home. I'll be heading up to London in a couple of weeks to see her and the plasticised animal exhibition at the Natural History Museum which I can't wait for.
