New phone..lots to learn

Very very busy day at work, crazy day. I hurried home, ate and off to the gym. I was very excited to participate in the cyclefit class and not be instructing! I followed it with a run on the indoor track. I am starting to stack my workouts again getting ready for the mini triathlon in August. Once home i continued packing for our weekend csmping trip. Happy to hit the pillow!
