Water excess!

The rain has stopped and the sun is visible at intervals! Many roads are completely flooded, and there are lots of places where, as in this blip, there are reasons for slowing down! I enjoyed watching the various cars going through this "puddle" - at one stage there were a few cars not knowing whether to venture through, until a group of cyclists came along and peddled through happily!
