Biodiversity and the dogs bum

The verges and common land are left to nature in the Eco village. The volume and range of insects, flowers, birds and animals is a joy. Picking a few flowers and grasses and I have a natural posey for the table which I top up with chives and oh her herbs from my garden.
Daisy the pony is just turned 7 yrs and has really matured, much calmer and more confident - a pleasure to lunge this evening in the sunshine in the buttercup meadow. These long warm sunny evenings are good for my soul . Then home to my Hubs and doggie - and dinner made. Life is good.
