Somber Wet Evening

It is pounding and pouring rain tonight.  I love the different blues in the sky. No watering to be done tomorrow.  President Obama is visiting Seattle tomorrow afternoon.  We have been offered the afternoon off (sick leave or vacation) due to the horrendous traffic jams his visit will cause.  He will be visiting in our building.  I work for Republicans in case you have not surmised that.  However, I see their point quite clearly and would see it better if they had a decent candidate to offer.  Enough politics.  I am reading now another Fesperman book about the Second World War.  I studied the subject at University and am still very interested in reading about it.  Sending good wishes to all across the pond.  Hoping it all works out.
