Hello Sydney

Winter has arrived and a chilly day, or at least that's what the locals have been saying.  I actually thought it was a fine warm sunny day :)  

Arrived at Sydney first thing this morning.  14 hours travelling on the airbus was tiring and lack of sleep but managed it.  We couldn't check in for a few hours, so had a peerie explore around Sydney while we waited.  After check in, the bed proved to comfy and much sleep was needed.  Off out to explore the city by night, look for food and a pint :) 

Left the hotel at Darling Harbour and enjoyed a walk about Sydney.  Wow the skyline and new skyscrapers are wonderful to look up at.  Finally came across the bridge, which was scary to walk over and then first sightings of the opera house.  Plenty of exploring to come and hopefully get closer to the opera house soon.
