Climber

Little climber has been all over the sofas today, up and down - mostly up as she doesn't know how to get down again yet!

Lovely day at little quavers this am, it was nice to be back there again with our friends. Rosie seeing little Amelia and Fern for the music session and R and I then had a lovely lunch catch up in Costa afterwards with Julie & Amelia - most civilised!

C and I started some flyering in the afternoon which helps to get the old step count up and then I did my first exercise class in about 2 years, clubbercise complete with glow sticks and dance tunes in the dark! It was excellent, a brilliant work out and proper good fun too! Sign me up for next week.
