This is Kim, a former colleague and friend of murdered MP Jo Cox. Kim organised an event on Portobello beach this afternoon to remember Jo and  more than a hundred people turned up to light candles and pay their respects to Jo. Kim said a few words about her friend, and their were also speeches from a local councillor and someone from Oxfam where Jo worked before she went into Parliament. A moving tribute, with a real sense of the local community but also marking what should have been Jo's birthday in common with other people across the world.
