58 years ago in 1958 (8): San Francisco

From the snow (on top of the Sonora Pass) continuing to the Californian Sun towards San Francisco. Unfortunately a medical conference with 25'000 (!) participants was taking place and they had almost mission impossible to find a room to stay. Finally they found a motel room for 18$, what seems to be very expensive for that time. Enough expensive that they changed accomodation on the next day.
