Mammoth Stress Day

Big Fish woke up with swollen foot and lower leg. Took him straight to Dr's at 8.30am to be told come back at 9.50. They obviously don't seem to realise the amount of work in loading and unloading then loading and unloading again. We weren't seen until 11 then told to go off to local hospital for scan for a DVT. So sat in local hospital from 12 'til 4.30pm before getting scan. No clot. Likely to be caused by sleeping position (for once he slept soundly all night and didn't move) and poor circulation. Mightily relieved so took him off to respite. Now stood watching floor layer complete the kitchen floor.
