Hot hot hot

You won't find this in an ordinary supermarket.  We brought this back from Barbados a number of years ago, but simply haven't had the courage to use it. The first ingredient is water.  The second ingredient is "Caribbean Scotch Bonnet Peppers".  Now I know that Scotch bonnet peppers are hot hot, but what are Caribbean Scotch bonnet peppers like?
