Leavenworth, Washington

No, this is not Germany - it's a small village in Washington State, but has a Bavarian feel to it with Alpine-style shops and houses.  Every year they hold a Bavarian Fest and every 15 years they erect a new maypole.  This was the year they were doing this so there was a grand procession with horses, bands etc - and several Lederhosen!  This is all I could film though as C's video camera had broken so he took over mine....
