Finally it felt like summer today - hot and sunny! Almost too hot, but I'm not going to complain after the endless grey skies and rain we've been enduring for so long! I went walking on the Samois side of the river today. They're still not letting you onto the island, which means that the Django Reinhart Festival which starts today and is usually held on the island has had to be relocated to the park of the Chateau de Fontainebleau. I didn't get very many photos, but I thought this gateway looked very attractive.
