Growing Teasel
Len has finally managed to get teasels to grow in the garden with the aim of attracting wild birds, especially goldfinches.
This morning, I noticed how translucent the thorns looked, stuck a macro lens on the Fuji and ventured into the border to take a shot. It's not easy taking photos into the sun.
This is an accidental photo. It was only when I put the photos into Lightroom that I saw the small insects. By luck, they were in focus.
Processed and uploaded my photos for the EM-RPS photobook on Ashbourne Streetfest, then went to bed again for 2-3 hours. Not feeling so bad now after a good dinner.
