Dinner for 2
Decided to take a picture before I cooked these ribeye steaks for dinner. Enjoyed cooking a simple meal with red wine reduction and mushroom sauce and some fresh asparagus - and of course the bottle of red wine as the mandatory accompaniment. We followed that with a film and enjoyed a restful evening, which was a good thing as the first few days back in the UK always seem to involve sorting out a number of hassles with various utility and communication companies!
