The Windmill

It was a late morning for us all after the late night of the Olympic Opening.

So decided to skip morning coffee and I spent the morning sorting last night's blip. It comes to something when Blipfoto takes over my life to such an extent that it becomes an integral part of my daily journal :/

Roz is back in the Midlands so we met up for a drink (or two) in The Windmill. The place was quiet and we had a good chat over a couple of pints of Abbot. Whilst Roz and I nattered Martin borrowed her iPad and gave himself a game of chess. The photo is of him deep in thought over some devious opening made by the Apple no doubt ;)

Home to watch the Murray brothers knocked out of the Tennis Doubles in round one. Oh well, that's another medal we're not going to win :(
