Race the Train?

You can't keep a good(e) girl down!   Ruth, in her Race the Train T-shirt, a reminder of the days when she was a lot more mobile, ten feet above her wheelchair as she attempts her most difficult climb for a long while.  We were at Highball, Norwich, about a mile from where we live.  Ruth had a fab time with instructor Ben who was hugely helpful and encouraging.  We will be back again next time Ruth is home.

I am packing for Switzerland tonight having 'lost' the morning when J was unexpectedly unavailable to take Ruth.  This time tomorrow ..... :-)
