Alpine flower with tiny insect

Warm weather again today but quite a lot of cloud.  Had a hospital visit late morning, my friend went with me and then we stopped for coffee etc on the way home.  The good news is we were in and out of hospital fairly quickly, the bad news is that I need to have radiotherapy on tumour, so now have to wait for appointment with an oncologist.  Didn't get out for a walk today but did go and water my friends plants which is where I took this blip.  Its rather pretty but no idea what its called.  She does have a lot of sweet williams which I love and lots of bees and hoverflies did too!
