Welcome sight

Early start this morning to get down to Peebles for the Sprint Triathlon. First of the year. Met IT from work. He had a good race and finished quicker than me. My swim wasn’t good but felt a lot better on the bike and run despite it raining all morning. Finished in 1:28:37. A minute slower than last year. Happy with the time considering I hadn’t really trained for the last month. Came back and took the dog for a walk around Cammo before going home to finish the ironing and tidy for the cleaner. Homemade curry for tea while watching the GP and having an early night.
