Valley Gardens Cafe

Today did not go to plan. Richard was booked in for more injections to combat his sciatica. I was taxis driver and dog walker. Jet and I enjoyed a walk through Harlow Carr woods and then explored Valley Gardens. The latter was being prepared for a fire festival this weekend by a team from France.

After a good walk I returned to see how R was getting on only to find that he had reacted to the anaesthetic. This delayed our return home where he slept until early evening. Thankfully apart from feeling washed out he is starting to rally. Fingers crossed it works this time!

My Blip is the newest of the pump rooms which finally closed its doors in 1970 and is now a popular cafe.
