Wasted

A bad night's sleep as a result of an upset stomach.

Tired and pretty useless all day.

This morning I decided I'd poisoned myself with my own cooking. This evening I'm wondering if it's a virus.

I was well enough to have my usual picnic lunch at West Wemyss. Got my Blip there.

It may be bed time quite early tonight.
